
Qualification Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

The course is expected to be completed in a minimum of 12 months If credits apply the students will be exempt from participating in the unit’s which will impact the duration of the course. |

Entry requirements |
All students must complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment to evaluate that they have the skills and ability to be successful in their studies ABEX do not enrol student under the age of 18 years old. There are no entry requirements for this qualification in accordance with the training packaging rules |
